Following quest 2*   Upon entering the block with the shack, interacting with it triggers an encounter with a little girl. Before you can say a word, she greets you in an over exited fashion and gives you a fast paced run-through of her "shop" and what the sells. You cut her off, telling her she's crazy and your going to go elsewhere. She doesn't like that. She begs you to stay and buy something or she'll call for her guard puppy, slinky.
